After months of renovations, the Octaviens Banquet & Conference Centre is now available you’re your next event or meeting. Conveniently located within the Best Western Durham Hotel, off Hwy # 401 at Park Road in Oshawa, and accompanied with the attachment of the hotel rooms offering overnight stay for out of town guests, Octaviens offers all the amenities as an ideal location for meetings, trade shows, training seminars, conferences, banquets, wedding receptions and gala events .
Octaviens’ twin octagonal rooms , each with a panoramic view, were designed to provide all inclusive services for both corporate & private receptions. Able to accommodate events for up to 300 guests each, the rooms each feature a retractable projection screen, P.A. sound system and podium, wireless internet access, ambient lighting, chavari ballroom chairs, floor length linens and beautiful square china dishes. Octaviens’ on site catering commissary offers an extensive food and beverage service to accommodate all requirements and custom requests. New owners Carol Cavallari and Kelly Bourque are available to customize the venue to your unique event. Octaviens has created packages to help with booking meetings and seminars. Full-day, Half-day , Evening and Weekend Packages are available which offer a variety of options to meet the needs of the client. Octaviens’ Special Event Packages offer all-inclusive menu packages ranging from sit down dinners, cocktail receptions, and afternoon luncheons. Fully licensed, Octaviens provides a full bar service for all social events .
